I think if this perspective had been communicated by those in the know a lot earlier, the whole plan would have made a lot more sense to people. Certainly to people who need to understand why they must do something – or have something done to them – in order to aquiesce.
Honestly, I wish he’d left his little moan about Google for another video, because the whole transmission rate thing is important.
