Free advice is worth every penny

A cut-out-and-keep expert guide:

That’s right. Twenty pieces of advice from a guy who, despite countless attempts, has never actually been a candidate for parliament has failed to win a candidacy for the 2010 election.

I’m going to get into this game – it’s clearly where the smart money is at.

Coming up over the course of the weekend:

  • 20 tips for crocodile trainers
  • 20 pointers for safe bomb disposal
  • 20 guidelines for simple spinal surgery
  • 20 ways to improve your large hadron collider
  • 20 shortcuts to a faster lap time in Formula 1
  • 20 routes into Nicole Kidman’s knickers

You get the idea.

UPDATE: Curmudgeon corrects me by pointing out that Dale unsuccessfully contested the North Norfolk seat in 2005. In that case, the Lib Dems won with an increased majority over 2001.

Well said. The bloke annoys the shit out of me and his useless arsed blog is possibly less exciting than a piece of soggy wet bog roll hanging over a tap.

“hey guys, 20 tips on how to handle an election campaign, straight to you from a serial loser and political flop”. Cunt.

  3. Curmudgeon says:

Didn’t Iain Dale stand in North Norfolk in the 2005 General Election?

  4. Curmudgeon says:

He managed to increase the Lib Dem majority from 453 to 10,606, though.

The current LibDim MP, Norman Lamb, once won a notable award from the Devil’s Kitchen.
